By using DuduVPN you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older. You agree to use DuduVPN only for lawful purposes.
Subscription & payment
- All prices are in USD.
- Payments are final, but we offer a 30-day refund window — open a ticket and we'll process it.
- Subscriptions don't auto-renew unless you explicitly enable it in the dashboard.
Acceptable use
- No illegal activity (CSAM, hacking systems you don't own, fraud, harassment, etc.).
- No spam, DDoS, or scanning operations from our network.
- No reselling without an authorised reseller agreement.
We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Service availability
We aim for 99.99% uptime. We can't guarantee specific routes or speeds for all destinations at all times due to upstream factors.
Limitation of liability
DuduVPN is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be announced in the bot. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
