Our commitment
DuduVPN is built around a single principle: your data is yours. We don't track, log, sell, share, or analyse your VPN activity. Period.
What we don't store
- Your IP address while connected
- DNS queries or browsing history
- Bandwidth usage per session
- Any content of your traffic
What we do store (the minimum)
- A Telegram user ID (so we can deliver your subscription)
- A wallet balance
- Order history (so you can request refunds)
- The language you chose (so the interface speaks your language)
How we secure data
- All data is encrypted at rest in our database
- All payments are processed by third parties (Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, TRON, TON) — we never see your card or bank details
- We use no third-party analytics that track personal data
- We never share or sell user data — to anyone
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data → @duduvpnsbot
- Delete your account and all associated data → Dashboard → Settings → Delete account
Cookies
We use a session cookie strictly for authentication when you sign in via Telegram. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
